Cooper Graci & Co. Merges with Carr, Riggs & Ingram - Enterprise, AL (June 30, 2010) - CPA firm Cooper Graci & Co. has merged with Carr, Riggs & Ingram, LLC, which expands CRI's footprint into Texas, for a total of seven states.

Steve Riggs Appointed to Florida Board of Accountancy - Destin, FL (January 14, 2009) – Carr Riggs & Ingram, LLC (CRI) Partner Steve Riggs has been named to the Florida Board of Accountancy, which establishes standards for the accounting profession and business practices in the state. Florida Gov. Charlie Crist appointed him to serve a four-year term on the board.

CRI Merges with FelsingRankin - Orlando, FL (January 12, 2009) – Carr, Riggs & Ingram (CRI), LLC, the fourth largest CPA firm in the Southeast, entered the Orlando market last year with the acquisition of Winter Park-based firm Cuthill & Eddy. Now, CRI has extending its Central Florida presence even further.
